Serve - Far

"And you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."   - Jesus commissions His followers before His ascension (Acts 1:8)

Faith Lutheran seeks to be both a "Sent Church" and a "Sending Church." We are sent to serve the Lord wherever we go: in our homes, schools, workplaces, neighborhoods, and in our travels. We also send other mission workers to serve where we are unable to go.

Medical Mission Trips to Central America - Working through MOST Ministries, Faith sends an annual medical mission team to Central America each summer. This year's team is already full. We will be serving in Guatemala, DATES, providing a primary care medical clinic in partnership with local Lutheran churches. Click here to see our 2017 team's blog page.

ESL Mission Trips to Hong Kong - Faith members, led by Mrs. Krista Erickson, engage in several trips each year to Ma Chen Duen Hey Memorial College (MCDH), a school of The Lutheran Church - Hong Kong Synod. Team members participate in the "International Interface" program, especially teaching English and American Studies, while using the opportunity to share their Christian faith.
